1. Data controller

2. Scope of personal data processed

The website collects personal data from visitors only when the quote request form is filled in: name, email address, phone number, location and the content of the message. We process these solely for the purpose of answering the inquiry and preparing a quote.

With your consent, the website uses the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) analytics service to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are disabled by default and only load with your explicit consent. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. The detailed cookie notice is available on the Cookie policy page.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

The data from the quote request form is processed for the purpose of answering the inquiry; its legal basis is the contractual inquiry under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a). The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR 6(1)(a); ePrivacy 5(3)) and can be stopped at any time by withdrawing your consent. Storing cookie settings is strictly necessary for the consent system to work (ePrivacy 5(3); GDPR 6(1)(f)).

4. Data retention period

We keep the data from the quote request form for as long as is necessary to answer the inquiry and maintain the customer relationship, for a maximum of 24 months, unless you request deletion earlier. The cookie setting is stored in your browser for 12 months.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, request their correction or deletion, restrict processing, and exercise your rights to data portability and objection. You may withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.

6. Data sharing

We do not pass personal data to third parties unless required by law. The quote request email is sent to the address you provide through your own email client — your email provider is responsible for its technical operation.
