General information and conditions
Important information about the service
Drone work depends on external conditions. This guide makes the service transparent and predictable — safety and legal compliance always take priority over the scheduled time.
Important notes on the scope of the service
Mass events
Photographing and filming mass events is not possible. The service does not cover photography or filming of mass events or events involving large crowds.
Populated areas
A populated area — within the meaning of the applicable flight and drone regulations — may only be photographed or filmed when the area is owned by the client, and only if the operation can otherwise be carried out lawfully and safely. This requires the owner’s presence, minimizing and involving any others present on the site.
Ownership alone does not guarantee the flight is feasible; every airspace restriction, legal requirement and safety condition remains in force.
Weather and aviation conditions
Drone operations fundamentally depend on external conditions, so a planned flight may be affected or prevented by circumstances outside the provider’s control. A planned flight may be affected at any time, even shortly before the scheduled operation, due to:
- Changes in weather conditions
- Wind or other meteorological conditions
- Temporary airspace-use restrictions
- Restrictions or instructions issued by the competent authorities
- Any other circumstance that makes the flight impossible to carry out safely or lawfully
Flight safety and legal compliance always take priority over the scheduled time.
Final confirmation before departure
Before traveling to the location, shortly before the scheduled time, the provider contacts the client to confirm the planned appointment. The final decision to depart is based on:
- Current weather conditions
- Current airspace-use conditions
- Any restrictions in force
- The lawful and safe feasibility of the planned flight
Only after this confirmation does the provider set off for the location.
Unexpected external circumstances
If unexpected weather, an airspace restriction or other external circumstance prevents the planned service from being completed, the provider works with the client to find a suitable solution. Possible solutions:
- Wait for conditions to improve
- Reschedule for another day
- Another solution acceptable to both parties
If the cancellation or rescheduling is caused by weather, an airspace restriction, an authority measure or another circumstance outside the client’s control, no additional cost is incurred. We arrange a new date free of charge. If, however, an interruption by a third party occurs during the started service, the re-dispatch fee is payable on the next occasion.
Cancellation or unavailability caused by the client
If the service cannot be carried out for a reason attributable to the client — including but not limited to:
- The client is not available at the agreed time
- The client cannot provide access to the site
- A client-side restriction prevents the service
- Lack of required access or cooperation
- Any circumstance attributable to the client that prevents the service
In this case, the full agreed service fee remains payable by the client.
Waiting time
After the agreed arrival time, the provider can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. This 10-minute waiting period is included in the service.
If the client is not available or cannot provide access within those 10 minutes, the service cannot be carried out for a client-side reason, and the full agreed service fee is charged.
